BRYAN ROTELLA

Bryan Rotella is an attorney, strategic adviser and sought after speaker with 20+ years of experience from the court room to the board room to the policy war room, and TV studio.

Bryan started his career with the firm made famous by the movie, “Erin Brockovich” and later was an experienced trial lawyer, handling the defense of the highest of exposure of cases to businesses of all types. Additionally, Bryan has a decade plus of experience advising Board Members and C-Suite executives in businesses of all sizes on white collar potential civil and criminal liability matters.

Most recently, Bryan has become recognized nationally as The A.I. Revolution Lawyer™, where he is proud to be on the cutting edge of predicting and solving the new risks evolving with this millennium disrupting technology. Two specific emerging areas of regulatory and civil liability Bryan has identified include “A.I. Malpractice” and “A.I. Fraud”. In each instance both producers of A.I. and consumers are exposed to potential catastrophic new claims should they lack the necessary “Override Switch” and “Integrity Playbook” critical to ensuring the technology is not left to make decisions on autopilot compounded by over aggressive marketing focused on “hype” rather than data substantiating representations made of its accuracy.

Bryan provides his A.I. liability guidance through a unique subscription model he founded the “Strategic Hour™” where clients benefit from a predictable, month to month committed relationship with an emphasis on “legal wellness” and preventing issues resulting in over the horizon legal costs ultimately protecting the business’s current and future enterprise value. Bryan builds his Strategic Hour™ relationships as the Managing Partner of GenCo Legal® a division of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer (QPWB) the USA’s largest minority and women law firm.

Bryan is also seen, heard, and read regularly in media as a legal analyst and on stages across the country as a keynote speaker, explaining A.I. along with a variety of other hot topics in the world of law in lay terms, not legal jargon.

Simply, Bryan prides himself on measuring his success by the value of the one of kind preventive strategy his clients experience not the volume of hours he bills something he hopes will be the path other legal professionals take as A.I. rightfully disrupts law an industry in dire need of change.
