About Hayley
Hayley Abolafia-Cartwright serves as the Director of Experience at GenCo Legal®, a division of QPWB, where she leads the client and partner experience behind the firm’s Legal Department on Subscription model. Working alongside GenCo’s leadership, she brings clarity, coordination, and continuity to the firm’s engagements, helping ensure that clients feel supported, priorities stay aligned, and every interaction reflects GenCo’s commitment to Lawyer Differently® and to a higher standard of caring™.
Her role brings together relationship strategy, executive coordination, and operational leadership across GenCo’s work serving healthcare and technology organizations. From first conversation through onboarding and ongoing engagement, Hayley helps create the continuity, responsiveness, and follow-through that allow clients to access seasoned strategic and operational legal leadership through a predictable subscription model, with one primary contact, a senior team for highest and best use, and priority access to preferred specialists when deeper expertise is needed.
Serving healthcare and technology organizations since 2014, GenCo was built so growing and regulated companies could access the level of legal judgment and strategic foresight once reserved for large enterprises. Hayley helps ensure that model is experienced not only as legal support, but as a trusted relationship defined by clarity, consistency, and care.

Hayley’s background in communications, talent development, and business oversight has shaped her into a relationship-centered leader who brings clarity, coordination, and consistency to GenCo’s client and partner experience. Known for her strategic warmth and meticulous organization, she ensures that every client and collaborator feels understood, prioritized, and supported. Hayley is the firm’s primary point of contact for scheduling, onboarding logistics, and collaboration, coordinating meetings with clients, prospective partners, and collaborators while helping create the continuity and follow-through that support GenCo’s mission.
