Paul Norman brings two decades of seasoned leadership and hands-on legal experience to GenCo, with his experience of guiding healthcare and tech organizations through growth, change, and complexity.

Paul has led legal, compliance, and privacy functions at the highest levels, serving as a C-suite executive and regional General Counsel for nationally recognized healthcare and insurance brands, and enjoys providing operational insight while delivering clear, business-forward solutions. In these roles, he has helped shape legal strategy during major mergers and acquisitions, led organizational transitions, and advised boards through high-stakes decisions. His ability to manage risk while driving efficiency has resulted in measurable outcomes, including multimillion-dollar reductions in legal spend and the implementation of scalable legal infrastructure.

Known for simplifying complexity, Paul is also deeply familiar with regulatory environments including HIPAA, GDPR, and CCPA, and has overseen enterprise-level contract, compliance, and litigation matters.
