About Bryan

Bryan Rotella is an attorney, strategic adviser and sought after speaker with 20+ years of experience from the court room to the board room to the policy war room, and TV studio.

Bryan started his career with the firm made famous by the movie, “Erin Brockovich” and later was an experienced trial lawyer, handling the defense of the highest of exposure of cases to businesses of all types. Additionally, Bryan has a decade-plus of experience advising Board Members and C-Suite executives in businesses of all sizes on white-collar potential civil and criminal liability matters. Most recently, Bryan has become recognized nationally as the A.I. Revolution Lawyer™, where he is proud to be on the cutting edge of predicting and solving the new risks evolving with this millennium-disrupting technology.

An inflection point in Bryan’s career is when he experienced what it felt like to be a client to lawyers as an “in-house” counsel. The experience inspired him to provide law a much-needed new philosophy he coined as Lawyer Differently®. The vehicle for this industry-disrupting change is the firm he founded GenCo Legal® where for over a decade Bryan and his team have had the privilege of living their cause as legal leaders to businesses and business leaders of all types across the U.S. and worldwide.

What Bryan developed that makes GenCo so different is The Budgeted Hour®, a first of its kind subscription model built on a budget of monthly legal support, that provides predictability and transparency creating a personalized relationship with an industry specialized strategic and preventive minded counsel with an in-depth understanding of a client's most important day-to-day as well as long-term risks.

The unprecedented success of the GenCo model led to its industry-noticeable merger in 2023 to become a stand-alone division of the USA's largest minority and women-owned firm Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. (QPWB).

Bryan is also seen, heard, and read regularly in media as a legal analyst and also on stages across the country as a keynote speaker, explaining a variety of hot topics in the world of law in lay terms, not legal jargon.

Simply, Bryan prides himself on measuring his success by the strength of the relationships he builds, not the amount of hours he has billed something he hopes will be the path others take over the course of their careers in an industry in dire need of change.

Bryan looks forward to connecting and encouraging you and your business to experience the feeling of having your own lawyer. He’s confident you’ll never look at your lawyers and legal issues the same.
