Prior to joining GenCo, Chiddy held senior legal and compliance roles at several high-growth organizations where she led cross-functional teams, built departments from the ground up, and supported expansion into all 50 states. She has overseen complex corporate transactions, guided investor and board relations, and negotiated national commercial partnerships in highly regulated environments. Chiddy is particularly skilled at balancing legal risk with strategic momentum, ensuring operational integrity while helping businesses scale with intention.
