About Claire

Claire brings an intuitive perspective to the table while navigating intricate business issues and offering strategic counsel.  She believes to Lawyer Differently® means providing clients with a holistic approach where innovative legal solutions meet business objectives and practicality.

Claire earned her JD/MBA as part of Emory University’s dual degree program. Following graduate school, Claire served as a corporate attorney with a large nationally known firm where she focused on cross-border transactions and integrations. While in this role, Claire prepared and developed multi-jurisdictional legal step plans, conducted contractual due diligence for a variety of deal structures in the commercial space, and liaised with attorneys and clients on a global scale. She looks forward to contributing her experience to GenCo’s international clientele!

When Claire is not in the office, you can find her on the beach volleyball court, spiking the ball with precision and embracing the seaside breeze with a smile.
