About Patricia

Patricia Padurean is Partner & General Counsel at GenCo Legal®. With an impressive nine-year tenure in the legal field, she brings a wealth of experience from private practice, in-house roles, and consulting engagements.

Ms. Padurean has held the position of Vice President and General Counsel at iCAD, Inc. During her tenure, she demonstrated exceptional expertise in commercial contracting, SEC compliance and reporting, mergers and acquisitions, and providing comprehensive cross-functional support to all business departments. In addition to her core responsibilities, Ms. Padurean served as Corporate Secretary, overseeing all aspects of iCAD's corporate governance.

Before her tenure at iCAD, Ms. Padurean played a significant role at NeoGenomics Laboratories, Inc., where she served in various positions of increasing responsibility. As Assistant General Counsel, she acted as division counsel for the Pharma Services Division and led legal initiatives for the company's corporate development, strategy, medical, research and development, quality/regulatory, and international teams. Additionally, she played a crucial role in establishing and ensuring the effective corporate governance of several international subsidiaries.

Ms. Padurean commenced her legal career as a litigator, honing her skills in the courtroom. She holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Wisconsin Law School, complemented by a Master of Science degree from the prestigious London School of Economics and Political Science. She further expanded her academic foundation with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Chicago and an M.B.A. from Florida Gulf Coast University.
