• Extensive experience providing strategic guidance to healthcare technology companies (e.g. data analytics, patient engagement, A.I. solutions, and electronic medical records companies) on complex data privacy, security, HIPAA, and compliance matters.
• Substantial experience advising large national and international healthcare companies on the prevention of and the successful completion of Corporate Integrity Agreements, DOJ, DEA, OIG investigations, and other federal and state regulatory actions.
• Passion for supporting Founders and Boards of Directors on proactively mitigating legal and compliance risks, designing insurance and arbitration programs, and implementing scalable and eective key legal documents and processes.
