Nicolette Dellos is a Senior Associate General Counsel in her seventh year at GenCo Legal® a division of QPWB, where she plays a key role in delivering GenCo’s subscription-based General Counsel model for healthcare and technology-focused organizations. Known for her detail-oriented, wellness-driven approach, Nicolette supports clients by identifying and addressing the long-term legal risks that quietly threaten operational stability, compliance, and growth.

Nicolette draws on her background in data privacy best practices, an increasingly urgent area of need for many GenCo clients. She helps leadership teams strengthen privacy awareness, internal systems, and compliance readiness while ensuring legal guidance remains clear, proactive, and aligned with how organizations actually operate.

With roots in New York, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, and Minnesota, Nicolette now calls GenCo’s Tampa headquarters home. Her commitment to precision and client-centered service was sharpened early in her career at the University of Minnesota Law School, where she was recognized as Managing Editor of the Minnesota Journal of International Law.
